1. 💬 Communication and behavior

Our community is based on mutual respect. We expect all users to behave cultured and polite.

• ❌ Prohibited: Insults, name-calling, hate speech.
• ❌ Prohibited: Spam, flooding, repeating content unnecessarily.
• ❌ Prohibited: Promoting content that violates the rules.

2. 🎁 Creating giveaways and prizes

Any user can create giveaways. However, remember a few rules:

• ✅ Accepted prizes:
  • Keys to games on the Steam platform (full game versions).
  • Steam Gifts.
  • Virtual items from games.
  • Beta Keys - beta keys are accepted only if they offer full game content (e.g., keys from a series generated before release that give the full game upon activation). Beta keys offering limited time access or incomplete content are not accepted.
• ✅ Description: Accurately describe what you're offering - game name, platform, key type.
• ❌ Prohibited: Offering keys to non-Steam games (Origin, Uplay, GOG, etc.).
• ❌ Prohibited: Offering beta keys with limited time access.
• ❌ Prohibited: Offering discount coupons, guest passes, or promotional codes.
• ❌ Prohibited: Creating fake or misleading giveaways.

3. 🎯 Participating in giveaways

Giveaways are for everyone, but they must be fair. Follow the rules so everyone has an equal chance to win.

• ✅ One account: Each user can have only one account.
• ✅ Participation: You can participate only once in a given giveaway.
• ✅ Activation: After winning, activate the key within 7 days.
• ❌ Prohibited: Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits.
• ❌ Prohibited: Using bots or automated scripts.
• ❌ Prohibited: Attempting to manipulate draw results.

4. 💰 Points system

Points are a reward for activity. Earn them fairly and use them wisely.

• ✅ Fairness: Earn points through site activity.
• ✅ Use: Spend points on entries to giveaways.
• ❌ Prohibited: Attempting to cheat the points system.
• ❌ Prohibited: Selling or exchanging points outside the service.

• ✅ Reporting: Report suspicious behavior to moderators.

6. 📢 Communication with administration

The administration is here to help. Cooperate with us to improve the service.

• ✅ Respect: Treat administrators and moderators with respect.
• ✅ Reporting: Report issues through the help page.
• ✅ Cooperation: Cooperate with administration to resolve issues.
• ❌ Prohibited: Attacking or insulting administration.
• ❌ Prohibited: Ignoring administration recommendations.

7. ⚖️ Consequences of violations

Violating community guidelines may result in the following consequences:

• ⚠️ Warning - for minor violations.
• ⚠️ Temporary suspension (24h to 5 days) - for more serious violations.
• 🚫 Permanent ban - for severe violations or repeat offenses.
• 🚫 Account deletion - in extreme cases.

Administration decisions are final, but you can always appeal through the help page.

8. 📝 Reporting violations

If you see someone violating community guidelines:

• 📧 Contact an administrator through the help page.
• 📋 Describe the situation - provide a link to the giveaway/comment, description of the problem.
• 🔒 Keep evidence (screenshots, links).
• ⏰ Be patient - each case is reviewed individually.
