Terms of Service of Key Gifts Me

§ 1. Definitions

• Service - the Key Gifts Me website available at https://keygifts.me/.
• User - a natural person using the Service.
• Organizer - a User who creates and runs a giveaway in the Service.
• Giveaway - a contest organized by the Organizer in the Service, in which Users can win game keys or other prizes.
• Prize - a Steam game key, game as a gift (Steam Gift) or other prize offered by the Organizer.
• Steam Account - a user account on the Steam platform.

§ 2. Acceptance of terms

1. Using the Service is voluntary and constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. If you do not accept the Terms, you cannot use the Service.

3. Registration in the Service and use of its features constitutes full acceptance of the Terms. Participation in giveaways requires connecting a Steam account to a profile in the Service.

§ 3. Rules of using the Service

3.1. Technical requirements:

• Having an active Steam account that has completed the registration process and made a one-time purchase of at least $5 USD (or equivalent in another currency), which is equivalent to having Level 1 on the Steam platform - accounts without this limit cannot use full community features, which prevents prize collection and participation in giveaways.
• A web browser with JavaScript and cookie support.
• Internet connection.

3.2. Prohibited actions:

• 🚫 Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits.
• 🚫 Using bots or automated scripts.
• 🚫 Attempts to cheat, manipulate results or steal prizes.
• 🚫 Offensive, vulgar or inappropriate behavior on the forum/comments.
• 🚫 Sharing other people's login credentials.
• 🚫 Attempts to hack or breach Service security.

§ 4. Rules of participation in giveaways

4.1. Conditions of participation:

• The User must be logged in to the Service and have a connected Steam account.
• The User must meet the level requirements or other criteria specified by the Organizer for a given giveaway.
• Each User can participate in a given giveaway only once.
• The User must have sufficient points - the required number of points depends on the price of the game offered in the giveaway.

4.2. Giveaway process:

• Entry: The User joins the giveaway, paying the required number of points (if applicable).
• Draw: Winners are randomly selected after the giveaway ends.
• Announcement: Winners are notified through the notification system and email (optional).
• Claiming the prize: The prize is sent to the winner's Steam account or an activation key is provided - the Organizer is responsible for the correct delivery of the prize.

4.3. Points:

• Points are awarded for activity in the Service.
• Points are renewed every 10 minutes (5 points).
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

§ 5. Prizes and liability

• Prize types: Steam game keys, Steam Gifts, virtual items - offered by the Organizer of the giveaway.
• Validity: Keys are valid for the period specified by the game manufacturer.
• Claim: Prizes are sent automatically or manually by the Organizer within the time specified in the giveaway description.
• Complaints: In case of problems with the prize, please contact the Organizer of the giveaway directly.

§ 6. Service liability

• The Service will make every effort to operate correctly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• The Service is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Service (data loss, technical problems).
• The User uses the Service at their own risk.
• The Service Administrator may change the Terms at any time and will inform about it on the main page.

§ 7. Complaints

• Complaints regarding giveaways should be submitted directly to the Organizer of the giveaway.
• Complaints regarding the operation of the Service should be submitted through the help page.
• The Service Administrator processes complaints regarding the Service within 14 days of receipt.

§ 8. Final provisions

• The Terms come into effect on the date of publication on the website.
• All disputes between Users and Organizers are resolved directly between the parties.
• The Service Administrator reserves the right to terminate the Service without giving a reason.
